WHITETHORN - WHITETHORN WITH LEANNÁN SIDHE Believed to have magical properties, the Whitethorn Tree is home to the Fairies. The Leannán Sidhe, or 'Fairy Lover' is a female spirit who seeks the love of human men, aided by the musky perfume of the Whitethorn flowers which can seduce even the most honourable of them.
